Welcome to The Adventure Atlas. The customers’ use of the website, services, and tools is governed by the following terms & conditions (“Terms of Use”) that include the applicable policies incorporated by way of reference and constitutes a valid agreement between customers and The Adventure Atlas.
All correspondence(s) in respect of tours/travel services should be addressed to The Adventure Atlas. Any usage of the website is subject to the following Terms of Use:
Limitation on content usage:
If there is a hike in the cost of entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost, or guide charges by the Government of India, after the finalization of the tour/ service, the higher price would be charged.
The Adventure Atlas acts only in the capacity of agents for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways, and contractors providing services. All exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets issued by us are subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by the agents.
All itineraries provided by The Adventure Atlas are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the possible schedule of a trip. Numerous factors, such as weather, road conditions, and the physical ability of the customers, may influence the change in an itinerary either before the tour or while on the tour. The Adventure Atlas reserves the right to modify any schedule in the interest of the customer’s safety, comfort, and general well-being.
The rates of the travel packages are based on the rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines, etc. However, hotels and airlines have the right to modify the rates without any prior notice. In such cases, the rates quoted before the modification can be changed by us in accordance with the modifications by the hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on the usual check-in and check-out times of the hotels unless mentioned otherwise in the itinerary.
We do not have any insurance policy that covers the expenses of accidents, loss due to theft, sickness, or any other reason. Customers are responsible for making their insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property at all times are also at the customers’ risk.
You are restricted from copying, modifying, distributing, reproducing, publishing, displaying, licensing, transferring, creating derivative works from, or selling any information or services obtained from this website. Reproduction of content from the website is strictly prohibited, against which copyright notice can be issued.
The Adventure Atlas may claim damages and/or a criminal offence in regards to unauthorised use of the website. One has to bear the consequences arising out of the breach of any of the terms & conditions mentioned above. Further, the Adventure Atlas reserves the right to modify and delete any of the contents without prior notice to any person.
Customers availing our services have to acknowledge that The Adventure Atlas will have the right of indemnification for any loss that may be caused to us for any misuse of the website. The company has all the rights to approach the appropriate court of law for the enforcement of such rights.
It shall be the customers’ obligation to ensure that their passports are valid and eligible for international travel. The Adventure Atlas will not be liable for a passport being declared ineligible for entry/exit during or prior to undertaking international travel.
Unforeseen and Uncontrollable event:
The Adventure Atlas does not take any responsibility for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, accident, sickness, breakdown of machinery or equipment or transport, flight cancellation, unfavourable weather, landslide, political closure, or any untoward incident. We also do not take any responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage to any person or property in any of the above-mentioned circumstances or any other causes beyond our control.
Payments:
All the services and certain advance payments should be made to confirm the booking with us. The balance amount can be paid either before your departure from your country or upon arrival in India. The payment has to be made before the commencement of the services in every case. We hold the right to decide the amount to be paid as an advance payment, depending on the nature of the service and the time left for the commencement of the service.
In some cases – special train journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season (Christmas, New Year), advance full payment has to be made.
Mode of Payment:
An overseas advance payment can be made through Wire Transfer to our bank account.
